Rental Family

In Tokyo, an American actor finds himself lost until he discovers a unique opportunity with a Japanese ‘rental family’ agency. Assigned to play substitute roles for unknown individuals, he starts to engage deeply in the lives of his clients. Through these interactions, he forges real connections, making the distinction between acting and genuine relationship increasingly unclear.
