  • Ownership & Licensing: Bakumplay.com does not host, upload, or own the media files imported via third-party links. All content remains the property and responsibility of its original owners and the hosting third-party provider.
  • Prohibited Content: You agree not to import or share content that contains malware, phishing links, illegal material, severe hate speech, or content violating international laws.
  • Copyright Violations (DMCA): Since our system utilizes embedded players, any copyright removal requests should be directed to the third-party source hosting the file. However, Bakumplay.com reserves the right to remove any embedded link from our platform upon valid requests from copyright owners.

3. Reward Point System and Fair Play

  • VPN and Proxy Restriction: Users are strictly prohibited from using **VPNs, Proxies, Tor browsers, or VPS environments** while accessing the site. All traffic must be organic and verifiable from residential or commercial internet providers.
  • Fake Referrals: Creating self-referrals or using temporary/disposable emails to abuse the affiliate reward program is forbidden.

4. Monetization and USDT FaucetPay Withdrawals

  • Conversion: Points accumulated on the website can be converted to USDT based on the standard platform conversion rate set by the administrator. We reserve the right to adjust point valuations based on market conditions.
  • Minimum Cashout: Users may request a withdrawal once their balance reaches the minimal threshold of **$0.0001 USDT**.

5. Account Suspension and Termination
