Welcome to Bakumplay.com ("the Website", "Platform", "We", "Us"). By accessing, registering, or using our video-sharing services, reward point system, and withdrawal features, you ("User", "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to all of these terms, please do not use this Platform.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and participate in our reward point system.
  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for protecting your account credentials.
  • One Account Per Person: Users are strictly permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account per individual, device, and IP address. Dual or multiple accounts will result in immediate termination.

2. Third-Party Video Importation and Content Responsibility

  • Passive Conduit Status: Bakumplay.com allows users to aggregate, import, and embed video links from third-party networks (including but not limited to YouTube, OK.ru, Turboviplay, Earnvids, Dood Stream, Streamwish, Filemoon, etc.). You acknowledge that Bakumplay.com acts strictly as a passive technical conduit and platform provider for your embedded content.
  • Ownership & Hosting: Bakumplay.com does not host, upload, stream, or own the media files imported via third-party links. All content remains the property and responsibility of its original owners and the hosting third-party provider.
  • User Representations & Authorization (Uploader Warranties): By importing, embedding, or sharing any video links or content on Bakumplay.com, you explicitly represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions from the rightful owners to distribute and display such content. Bakumplay.com legally relies on this representation and assumes you are authorized to share the content.

3. Absolute Prohibited Content

You strictly agree not to import, embed, link, comment, or share any content, text, or media on the Platform that contains or promotes:

  • Online Gambling: Any forms of online gambling, slot promotions, betting tips with affiliate links, or lottery systems.
  • Pornography & Adult Content: Any explicit sexual material, nudity, or child exploitation.
  • Hate Speech & SARA: Content that promotes violence, incites discrimination, or defames individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, or gender (SARA).
  • Malicious Software: Malware, phishing links, viruses, or any code designed to disrupt the platform or user devices.
  • Defamation & Cyberbullying: Content that violates local cyber-laws (including the Indonesian ITE Law/UU ITE) regarding defamation, hoaxes, and harassment.

4. Copyright Policy and Counter-Notice Procedure

  • Copyright Violations (Notice and Takedown): Since our system utilizes embedded players, direct copyright removal requests should ideally be addressed to the third-party source hosting the file. However, to respect intellectual property, Bakumplay.com operates a strict "Notice and Takedown" procedure. Upon receiving a valid, documented copyright infringement notice from the rightful owner, Bakumplay.com will remove or disable access to the contested embedded link within 24 hours.
  • Counter-Notice Procedure (Uploader Appeal): If your embedded link was removed due to a copyright complaint and you believe this was a mistake or a misidentification (e.g., you have the valid license), you may submit a formal Counter-Notice to our legal team via email. The Counter-Notice must include your account details, the specific link removed, and physical or electronic proof of your right to use the content. Upon receiving a valid Counter-Notice, Bakumplay.com may, in its sole discretion, restore the link unless the original copyright owner files a legal lawsuit against you.

5. Reward Point System and Fair Play

Our platform rewards users with loyalty points for watching videos, generating organic views on imported videos, and referring new real active users. To protect our economy, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

  • Automation and Bots: The use of automated scripts, viewing bots, auto-refreshers, macros, or any software designed to artificially generate points or simulate human activity is strictly banned.
  • VPN and Proxy Restriction: Users are strictly prohibited from using VPNs, Proxies, Tor browsers, or VPS environments while accessing the site. All traffic must be organic and verifiable from residential or commercial internet providers.
  • Fake Referrals: Creating self-referrals or using temporary/disposable emails to abuse the affiliate reward program is forbidden.

6. Monetization and USDT FaucetPay Withdrawals

  • Conversion: Points accumulated on the website can be converted to USDT based on the standard platform conversion rate. We reserve the right to adjust point valuations based on internal economic sustainability and platform revenue.
  • Minimum Cashout: Users may request a withdrawal once their balance reaches the minimal threshold of $0.01 USDT.
  • Payout Provider: All payouts are processed exclusively through FaucetPay. You must provide a valid, verified FaucetPay wallet address or linked email. Bakumplay.com is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address provided by the user.
  • Security & Integrity Review: To protect against system exploits, all withdrawal requests are subject to an automated and manual integrity check. We reserve the right to delay, withhold, or cancel any payout if point generation logs show suspicious activity or violations of these Terms.
  • AML Compliance and KYC Verification: Bakumplay.com complies with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. We reserve the absolute right, at our sole discretion, to require any User to undergo identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide valid identification upon request will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
  • Nature of Reward Points: Points accumulated on Bakumplay.com are promotional loyalty rewards and do not constitute legal tender, cryptocurrency, property, or currency of any kind until successfully converted and processed through FaucetPay. Points have no cash value outside the Platform, are non-transferable, and can be revoked or modified by Bakumplay.com at any time without liability.

7. Account Suspension and Termination

  • Violation Penalties: Bakumplay.com reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete accounts that violate these Terms of Use. In the event of account termination due to cheating, bot usage, VPN manipulation, distribution of Prohibited Content, or multiple account abuses, all accumulated points, rewards, and pending withdrawal balances will be permanently forfeited and non-refundable.
  • Reservation of Rights & Criminal/Civil Immunity for Moderation: Bakumplay.com shall not be held liable to any User for any loss of earnings, points, or traffic resulting from the temporary or permanent removal of content, embedded links, or account suspension. All moderation actions are final and non-reimbursable.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bakumplay.com provides its platform and services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that third-party video links will always be online or functional, as their availability depends entirely on external sites. We are not liable for any temporary server downtime, loss of data, third-party API changes, or technical issues arising from FaucetPay networks.

9. Indemnification (Your Legal Liability)

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bakumplay.com, its founders, operators, affiliates, officers, and employees from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from:

  • Your violation of these Terms of Use.
  • Any content or embedded links you submit, share, or import through the Platform.
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, privacy, or property rights.
  • Your violation of any applicable local and international cyber-laws.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the jurisdiction where Bakumplay.com’s primary operations, assets, or legal entities are officially registered, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. You explicitly agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located within that specific territory to resolve any legal matters or litigation.

11. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use at any time. The updated date will be reflected at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website following any modifications constitutes your explicit and binding acceptance of the new terms.
