The story follows young Ella, whose life turns upside down after the unexpected death of her beloved father. Left at the mercy of her cruel stepmother, Lady Tremaine, and her two vain stepsisters, Ella is stripped of her status and forced to become a mistreated house servant, mockingly nicknamed "Cinderella".
