The Altra Yorkshire Marathon's scenic route and unreal support makes it standout event on the UK's running calendar. The historical city of York will be flooded with thousands of runners and spectators gathering for this incredible running festival.

Starting at the University of York, the route takes you outside the city's walls and into the beautiful countryside that surrounds York, as the route goes through Stockton-on-the-Forest and Buttercrambe Moor Wood, circling round to Balloon Tree Farm and looping back towards the city for a fabulous finish at the University Campus.
